Usage Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Duta: creators, their agents and visitors. It's part of our Terms of Service. If something here isn't clear, ask us before you do it.

Be honest

• Don't pretend to be someone else, or set up a Duta for a person or business you don't represent.
• Don't tell your Duta to hide that it's an AI, or to claim it's you.
• Don't use Duta to mislead people: fake reviews, fake offers, scams, phishing or false claims about your work.

Respect people

• No harassment, threats, hate, or content that sexualizes minors or anyone without consent.
• Don't collect information you aren't allowed to, or use what visitors share for anything other than answering them.
• Don't share other people's private details, photos or documents without their permission.
• Don't send spam or unwanted bulk messages through Duta.

Stay within the law

• No illegal goods or services, weapons, or anything that puts people in danger.
• Don't upload files that infringe someone else's rights, or that contain malware.
• Follow the rules for your work, like licensing, advertising and consumer protection laws.

Use it as intended

• Don't try to get around usage limits, run many accounts to avoid them, or use a Duta link as a free general-purpose AI.
• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Services, or get at other people's data.
• Don't try to make the agents ignore their rules or reveal private information.

What happens if this is broken

We may remove content, pause a link, limit features or close an account. If you see something on a Duta that breaks this policy, tell us at contact@chatduta.com.
