Is Duta replying as me?
No. It's an AI and it says so in every chat. It speaks about you, using only what you taught it.
What happens when it doesn't know an answer?
It says it'll check with you, asks you once, and remembers your answer for next time. It never makes things up.
Can I review messages before they're sent?
Yes. Every email and quote is a draft until you tap Approve. Bookings wait for you too, unless you turn on instant booking for your free times.
Can people book a call with me?
Yes. When someone asks to book, meet or when you're free, Duta shows your open times right in the chat. They never see your events, only free slots. The call goes on your Google Calendar with a Meet link (or Outlook), and they get the invite. Already use Cal.com or Calendly? Point the button to your own booking page instead, or turn booking off.
What information can visitors see?
Only what you mark as public. Private answers, your phone number and address are never shared.
How do I know someone reached out?
You get an email the moment someone leaves a request, plus a short summary each morning. Slack and Discord alerts are optional.
Does it speak other languages?
Yes. It replies in whatever language the visitor writes, including Telugu, Hindi and others typed in English letters. Summaries and drafts for you stay in English.
Can people spam my link or use it as a free AI?
No. It only answers questions about you and your work. Chats asking for unrelated things stop getting AI answers, and you can set a daily limit. After that, messages are saved for you without using your usage.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Download everything or delete your account from Settings at any time. Visitors can delete their own chat too.
